Donations can only be accepted from Ontario residents
Donations must be made by individuals, they cannot be made on behalf of a corporation, business, or union.
The maximum contribution is $1,200 per candidate (to a maximum of $5,000 per election).
Donations are eligible for municipal contribution rebates from the City of Ottawa. You can learn more below.
Laura is not accepting donations from developers.

Rebate
The City of Ottawa operates a municipal contribution rebate program allowing individual donors to receive a rebate on their donations to municipal election campaigns.
Individual donors who donate more than $25 are eligible to receive a rebate from the City of Ottawa, more information available here: https://ottawa.ca/en/city-hall/elections/voters/election-contributions-and-rebates/contribution-rebate-program/.
